Todd worked for several years in youth ministry before becoming a school teacher. He learned of Doulos from years working at Kanakuk and K-Life. He attended Kansas State University for both his undergraduate degree and his masters degree in school administration. He joined the Doulos staff in 2004 and became principal of the Shelterwood School in 2006. He enjoys the combination of activities his position requires him to do, and he loves working in a Christian environment where he can work with teenagers. Todd grew up in Kansas and married Kim Casey, also from Kansas. He is step-father to Peyton and Carter Williams.
