Girl's House Director
Shannon received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from Western Carolina University. Her work experiences include being a youth pastor at a local church and being a mentor for a community rehabilitation organization. She was drawn to LeadTime for the community aspect, and has used her experiences to grow her relationship with God and to develop deeper friendships with teenagers at Shelterwood. Shannon has continued to mentor and walk alongside troubled teens as an Assistant House Director. She has the gift of compassion and mercy, which are essential in creating a nurturing environment. Shannon also has a heart for training and discipling LeadTime students, and is excited for the opportunity for them to experience being in community with the Shelterwood teens.
