Although Darlene has only worked for Doulos Ministries for about a year she’s not a newcomer to working in ministry. Darlene worked along side her husband Joe in Young Life for more than 20 years. During that time she was also a high school business teacher and coach. For the last 4 years Darlene worked for McGraw-Hill honing her strategy and selling skills, which has helped her in her new position as the LeadTime Recruiting Director. Darlene and Joe have 3 daughters Anna, Lindsay, and Lauren who are a joy to their parent’s hearts!
