As Counseling Director at Denver, Dawn wears two hats. She facilitates individual and group therapy with teens and their families as well as manages the entire counseling team. With her Master of Arts in Counseling degree, she has a variety of work experience including student development experience as a university resident director and as a counselor with the state jail system, working as a mental health director developing community re-entry programs for mentally ill inmates.
